Back for a 13th season, hoteliers Francis and John Brennan are back travelling the country to bring their expertise and knowledge to help a hospitality business.

First up they look at a 26-bedroom hotel in the middle of Tralee that is run by the O'Carrolls, a tight-knit Kerry family, who also run the establishment.

Their family business is in joinery, cabinetry and stone fabrication, which helped them build the new structure on the site of an old inn that they demolished.

Paddy and Chris: Road Tripping, 8.00pm, BBC One

Paddy McGuinness and Chris Harris go on a quest in this new series to crack the code of how to age well, seeking advice from the Europeans who do it best.

They begin in Sweden, where they plunge straight into mastering the art of the Nordic mindset of friluftsliv, which means getting back to nature and embracing the great outdoors to restore body confidence, calm stress levels and ultimately improve mental health.

Joan, 9.00pm, UTV

Here’s a fact-based crime drama about jewel thief Joan Hannington, starring Sophie Turner.

In 1985, young Kent mother Joan O'Connell is trapped in a catastrophic relationship with criminal Gary Darvil, but she flees after he brings danger to their door and takes drastic action to keep her six-year-old daughter Kelly safe.

Attempting to build a new life, Joan begins working in her sister's salon and gets a job at a jewellery store, where one impetuous action then changes her life.

State of Rage, 10.00pm, Channel 4

Award-winning documentary film-maker Marcel Mettelsiefen offers a poignant and unflinching portrayal of both sides of the enduring conflict on the West Bank, through the perspectives of the children and young adults who bear the brunt of its emotional toll.

Daily life for Palestinians is shaped by animosity, hatred and violence. Bombings, military raids and funerals are frequent occurrences in Jenin camp.

On the hills near Nablus, a Jewish settler family navigates the personal sacrifices and grief that come with living in this contested area.

SEAL Team, 9.00pm, Sky Max

The hit military drama SEAL Team returns for a seventh run.

The series follows an elite unit of United States Navy SEALs portrayed by David Boreanaz, Max Thieriot, Jessica Paré, Neil Brown Jr, AJ Buckley and Toni Trucks.

The crew are scrambling for the last time as it's also the final season.

Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz) struggles to balance his warrior's existence with the responsibilities of single fatherhood while Ray Perry, his trusted second in command, questions whether he will be able to leave the battlefield behind as his retirement nears.

Strictly Come Dancing, 7.15pm, BBC One

Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman present as the couples find out the result of the first public vote and the two lowest-scoring duos go head-to-head in the first dance-off.

The show opens in dramatic fashion, as the judges join the professional dancers for a spectacular routine, and there is music by the Ezra Collective featuring Yazmin Lacey.
