Irish Lights are the transatlantic duo of Benjamin Fox and Gordon Cooper and their ambient, electronic, and acoustic music is heavily influenced by the landscapes and lighthouses of Ireland and explores themes of isolation, nature, and the sea.

Haulbowline is inspired by the 200-year-old Irish lighthouse of the same, which stands over the entrance to Carlingford Lough in Co. Down, Northern Ireland.
Recorded across two continents, in Co. Mayo, Ireland, and Detroit, Michigan, the song is the first single from Irish Lights' forthcoming album, slated for release in 2025.
