Kirsty MacColl at the BBC, 8.40pm, BBC Two
A tribute to Kirsty MacCall opens with a selection of archive performances that highlight the wit and intelligence of the singer-songwriter.
She would have turned 65 this year had her life not been tragically cut short in December 2000, when she was killed in Mexico by a powerboat speeding in a designated diving area.
Including such hits as A New England, Days, and Fairytale of New York, her classic Christmas collaboration with the Pogues
Followed at 9.40pm by Kirsty MacColl: The Boxed Set.
The singer's last TV concert, filmed in Glasgow in March 2000, featuring the Latin flavours that characterised her last album Tropical Brainstorm.
It also features songs such as the hit singles A New England and Walking Down Madison.

Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman present movie week, in which the couple take to the dance floor to perform routines inspired by, or paying tribute to, Hollywood films.

Peter Sellers: A State of Comic Ecstasy, 10.55pm, BBC Four
This documentary from a few years back is well worth a look.
The comedy pioneer behind The Goon Show, Dr Strangelove and the Pink Panther series is explored in depth in this film surveying his meteoric rise to fame and troubled personal life.
The film charts Peter Sellers' (above) formative years backstage as part of his parents' itinerant music hall revue group, his years of wartime service in India and Burma, through to his global superstardom.
His two surviving children Sarah and Victoria recall the challenges of growing up alongside his mood swings, while his grandson Will explores the troubled legacy his grandfather left behind.
The Weakest Link, 8.40pm, BBC One
Romesh Ranganathan hosts a special edition featuring four pairs of celebrities.
DJ Tyler West and actress Molly Rainford, Mollie Pearce and Harry Clark (above) from The Traitors, Gogglebox's Stephen and Daniel Lustig-Webb, and The Repair Shop's Suzie Fletcher and Brenton West.
They will need to work together as a team - but each round, one player will be voted off.
Bee Gees: One for All Tour - Live in Australia, 11.55pm, TG4
Recorded live in Melbourne in 1989, Barry, Maurice and Robin Gibb perform songs from their career, going back to their 1960s breakthrough to classic 1970s and 1980s hits, and songs from the contemporary album One.

Good Night, and Good Luck, 9.45pm, TG4
Fact-based drama charting broadcast journalist Edward R Murrow's decision to take a stand against Senator Joseph McCarthy in 1950s’ USA.
It explores the bullying tactics and the climate of fear and reprisal behind the politician's paranoid, anti-communist campaign and the House Un-American Activities Committee.
Starring David Strathairn and George Clooney, who also directed, alongside Frank Langella, Robert Downey Jr and Patricia Clarkson.
Cleopatra, 1.20pm, BBC Two
Historical epic, starring Elizabeth Taylor (below), Richard Burton, Martin Landau, Rex Harrison, Hume Cronyn and George Cole.
Filmed art Rome’s Cinecitta, its main claims to fame revolve around its hefty cost, and the developing relationship between Taylor and Burton.
It's also very, very long. Ideal if you fancy breaking ion a new sofa.
Story-wise, Taylor plays the famous Queen, who sets out to consolidate her power after gaining control of the Egyptian kingdom.
She seduces Julius Caesar (Rex Harrison) and bears him a son, but the ambitious would-be tyrant is assassinated before she can take her place at his side.
This paves the way for her love affair with general Mark Antony (Richard Burton) - and a war for control of the Roman empire.
Family Flick
Animated adventure, featuring the voices of Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron and Awkwafina.
To avoid prison, a gang of animal criminals pretend to seek rehabilitation, only for their leader to secretly discover that he really wants to change his ways.
Sport
A double header of rugby action begins with Benetton v Leinster (KO 5.15pm) at Stadio Monigo.
Leinster were semi-finalists last season but can take nothing for granted against the Italian outfit, who themselves reached the quarter-finals in their strongest campaign to date.
Clare MacNamara presents, with analysis from Bernard Jackman, Donncha O'Callaghan and Hannah Tyrrell.
Clare and co remain in situ at 7.20pm, as the focus turns to Munster v Ospreys (KO 7.35pm) at Virgin Media Park.
The teams last met in the previous campaign's quarter-finals, when tries by Simon Zebo and Niall Scannell and 13 points from the boot of Jack Crowley helped Munster to a 23-7 victory at Thomond Park.
