From a young age, Laura Nolan's passion for dance shaped her entire life. The Lucan native started dancing at just three years old and has built her impressive career, in both competitive and professional dance, through sheer hard work and dedication.

Training tirelessly, Laura quickly rose through the ranks of competitive dance, winning numerous competitions and holding prestigious titles along the way. Her biggest achievement came in 2018 when she secured her first World Open Championship title, a milestone that solidified her status as one of Ireland's top dancers.

But her story doesn't end there. Laura's journey took an unexpected turn when she joined Dancing with the Stars, trading the competitive dance floor for the bright lights of primetime TV. This decision opened new doors, both professionally and personally, including meeting her now-boyfriend, Matthew McNabb, on the show.

In addition to her TV career, Laura shares her love of dance with others through line-dancing classes, bringing her energy and expertise to people of all ages. She posts snippets and tutorials from her classes online which have taken off globally, going viral and introducing her style to audiences around the world. But there’s so much more to learn about the dancer behind the glitz and glamour.
