Lucy Kennedy explores the heartbreak caused by addiction in Ireland, where six in every 10 people have direct experience with addition, whether it is themselves, a family member or a friend.
Meeting young people on their road to recovery, Lucy talks to YouTuber and activist Stevo Timothy (aka Farmer Michael) who lost a friend and became paralysed following a drink-driving incident.
She also explores how easy it is to buy narcotics in Ireland, immerses herself in the daily routine of residents at Ashleigh House treatment centre and learns about the benefits of water therapy with Sailing Into Wellness (above).
