Coldplay: Radio 1's Big Weekend, 10.30pm, BBC One
Want to finish off the weekend with some music? Maybe this will fit the bill as eco rockers Coldplay close BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend at Stockwood Park in Luton.
Chris Martin and the rest of the band are returning to the festival for the fourth time, having played Big Weekends in Glasgow, Exeter and Whitby Abbey over the last 10 years.
The concert will kick off the band’s latest European tour.

As the title suggests, Birdsong follows thirty-five-year-old ornithologist Sean Ronayne (above) from Cobh, as he sets out on a mission to record the call of every bird species in Ireland.
Plus, he’ll be exploring why Ireland's ecological health is considered the worst in Europe, despite its reputation as the Emerald Isle.

Along the way they turn themselves into a painting by Caravaggio, trying to get the classic Grand Tourist look, and aiming to discover the shocking story of the singers known as castrati.
Methinks a clue is in the title.
The Piano, 9.00pm, Channel 4
This week’s episode of the feelgood music contest sees Claudia Winkleman (below), Mika and Lang Lang's search for pianists brings them to Liverpool Lime Street Station.
This is where they discover a call centre manager who raps, meet the infamous Billy the Hat and join in a station sing-a-long.
They also have just one place left for the final concert.

A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon, 3.15pm, BBC One
This is a fun animated comedy, well worth a look even if you haven’t got a young family, featuring the voices of Justin Fletcher, John Sparkes and Amalia Vitale.
When an alien with amazing powers crash-lands near Mossy Bottom Farm, Shaun the Sheep goes on a mission to shepherd the intergalactic visitor home before a sinister organisation can capture her.
Sport
Galway v Dublin and Limerick v Waterford (with throw-ins at 2pm and 4pm respectively).
Joanne Cantwell presents coverage of the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship match from Pearse Stadium in Galway, where the Tribesmen host the Dubs.
That’s followed by the Munster Senior Hurling Championship contest from TUS Gaelic Grounds, with Liam McCarthy cup holders on home soil against The Deise.
