It’s Munster v Ospreys (KO 7.35pm) in the opening quarter-final of the competition, which comes from Thomond Park in Limerick.
Munster finished top of the table during the regular season and will be expecting to make home advantage count against a team that narrowly qualified in eighth place.
The last meeting between the teams in the competition saw Graham Rowntree's (above) Munster side claim a 27-17 away win at Swansea.com Stadium in the 12th round of fixtures.
