Eve Hewson has been cast opposite The White Lotus star Murray Bartlett in Downforce, a new comedy pilot for the US streamer Hulu.

US entertainment trade publication Deadline reports that Downforce "follows Victoria (Hewson), the estranged daughter of a storied racing team's owner, Sir Trevor (Bartlett), who is thrust back into the family business, leaving the pair to find common ground or risk destroying the team's legacy".

Bartlett's character, Sir Trevor, is described as the racing team's "larger-than-life founder and owner".
