Nicola Coughlan has already cemented herself as a bold dresser on the red carpet, and the Galway woman is taking every opportunity to out-do herself while promoting the newest season of Bridgerton, in which she stars.

The Toronto premiere of Season 3 Part II of the Netflix mega hit took place at Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre Centre last night. The latest season of the show follows the love story of Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton), and has already been a runaway success.

With Coughlan's character Penelope undergoing her own fashion transformation, it makes sense that Coughlan has been using fashion as a way of making bold statements, and quickly asserting herself as one of the most dazzling stars on the red carpet.

Coughlan, who is styled by Aimée Croysdill, stepped out in a dramatic jewel-toned couture look by Sara Mrad. She wore a pale lavander mini dress made from tight ripples of silk organza and featuring a bandeau bustline and a stiff, structured hem.

She paired this with the brand's puffy ruby Paris mikado cape, a voluminous design that fell around Coughlan's shoulders and trailed on the floor.

Coughlan finished her look with a pair of clear strappy sandals embellished with crystal details and gold dangling earrings. Coughlan also wore a red #Artists4Ceasefire pin on her dress.

She wore her blonde hair pulled up into a sleek up-do, while her makeup was bold and feline, with a striking black eyeliner look and a nude lip.
