Jurors, lawyers and the judge have made a rare move to leave the courtroom and head to the home retired eye surgeon Philip Polkinghorne allegedly murdered his wife in.
It's nearing the end of the second week of the trial.
A site visit to his and Pauline Hanna's Upland Rd, Remuera home took place this morning.
Polkinghorne was not required to be there.

He's accused of strangling Hanna at Easter 2021 while trapped in a cycle of infidelity, drugs and money troubles.
His defence is that nothing sinister happened and he simply woke and found her dead after she took her own life.

Jurors arrived just after 10.20am on a bus from where they've been sitting, Courtroom 11 at the High Court in Auckland.
Justice Graham Lang waited outside the home while the jury went inside.

At about 10.38am the jury left, having been inside the home for just under 20 minutes.

Philip Polkinghorne, 71, is accused of strangling his wife Pauline Hanna and making it look like a suicide. He has pleaded not guilty.

Lawyers for the Crown, defence and Lang then entered.
Lang and the lawyers left after 10 minutes inside, bringing an end to the site visit.
