Mark Coleman replaces injured Ciarán Joyce in only Cork change

Ciarán Joyce has been ruled out of Cork's crunch Munster SHC clash with Limerick on Saturday, with Mark Coleman taking his place in defence.

Pat Ryan has made just one change in personnel from the side that went down to Clare last time out, with a hamstring injury ruling centre-back Joyce out of the reckoning.

2017 All-Star Coleman started the opening round defeat to Waterford, but lost his place for the second-round clash against the Banner, coming on as a substitute at Supervalu Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

The Blarney man has been named at wing-back, with Rob Downey moving across to take the number six jersey.

With two defeats from two, only victory over the All-Ireland champions offers the Rebels any chance of progression to the knockout stages.

Cork: Patrick Collins; Niall O’Leary, Eoin Downey, Sean O’Donoghue; Tim O’Mahony, Rob Downey, Mark Coleman; Ethan Twomey, Darragh Fitzgibbon; Declan Dalton, Shane Barrett, Seamus Harnedy; Brian Hayes, Alan Connolly, Patrick Horgan
