Four-time All-Star Tony Kelly has been named on the substitute's bench for Clare's Munster championship opener with Limerick on Sunday at Cusack Park.
It's the first time that Kelly has been included in the Clare squad this year, following surgery on an ankle injury just before Christmas.
Shane O'Donnell has also been named on the bench, having made his return from a knee injury as a substitute in Clare's Allianz Division 1 final victory over Kilkenny.
Conor Cleary captains the Banner as manager Brian Lohan has named the same starting fifteen that claimed a 3-16 to 1-20 victory over the Cats in that final.
