This week's Ones to Watch:

Sadhbh Keane

Sadhbh Keane is a Dublin-based singer-songwriter - at the age of 16, she has a lot to offer for years to come. Although she's young, her accoutically-driven music highlights a maturity beyond her age that delivers a different tone of pop music that you wouldn't necessarily expect in 2024.

With a background in busking, Sadhbh took her musical experience further and released her debut EP, Passion & Paper in 2023.

Her 2024 kicked off memorably, with recent single She Really Loves You.

Nixer

This duo consists of Sean Keenan's vocals and Simon Gardener's beats; Nixer began as a music project that dates back to the beginning of the pandemic, born from an online conversation between the two.

Their music is very up-tempo and dancefloor-heavy but friendly to the ears, and it blends well into Ireland's pop music landscape, and beyond.

Nixer's impressive 2023 run of singles included Irish Dancer and Second Hand - next comes their new EP, I Hit the Town and the Town Hit Me Back, due to be released on May 17th.

Rebitual

Combining her real name 'Rebekah' with 'ritual' to from her artist name, Rebitual is a hidden gem in Irish hip-hop, with messages rarely found in rap records as of late.

The Drimnagh native's music offers lyrics of self-empowerment combined with anthems that uplift your mood and soul. With the mutual goal of inspiring others, she is also a part of a rising movement of individual artists looking to begin a new wave in hip-hop.

Rebitual's recent single – Ego Ft. Sheree & Tony T – is out right now
