Katie Taylor's mouthwatering rematch with Amanda Serrano has been rescheduled for Friday 15 November in Texas.
Two years on from their history-making first bout at Madison Square Garden in New York, Taylor had been slated to face Serrano in the co-main event bout – alongside Mike Tyson versus Jake Paul – at the 80,000-capacity AT&T Stadium on 20 July.
However, plans were scuppered last month when Tyson was involved in a medical scare while aboard a flight from Miami to Los Angeles.
That led to a postponement, with Most Valuable Promotion confirming on Friday that the event will now take place in four months' time. The fights will be broadcast free to subscribers on streaming platform Netflix.
"Although we had to postpone the fight, I will resume training shortly," said Tyson.
"I am thankful to the medical staff that treated me and to MVP, Netflix, and AT&T Stadium for working diligently to find the best reschedule date for all parties.
"While we have a new date, the result will be the same no matter when we fight. Jake Paul is getting knocked out."
