Presale for Oasis tickets begins at 7pm tonight

All of the pre-sale ticket codes for the Oasis reunion tour have been allocated, leaving those who missed out having to try their luck in the general sale.

Fans who received early access codes will have a chance at securing a coveted ticket on Friday evening between 7pm and 10pm, but they are not guaranteed success as tickets will be sold on a "first come first served basis".

Those who have not been selected will join the masses on Saturday morning in the hope of landing a space at one of the rock band's gigs next summer.

The Manchester Britpop band have warned fans to not buy a pre-sale code or transfer them to someone else as they "only work with the registered email address".

All Ticket Ballot codes have now been sent out to fans.
Please do NOT buy a code or transfer them to someone else. Codes ONLY work with the registered email address.
If you didn't get a code to access the pre-sale, you can join the general sale tomorrow morning.

Oasis will play two nights at Croke Park next August and are also set to play five nights at Wembley Stadium in London, along with five dates at Manchester's Heaton Park, three at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield and two at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium.

More dates are expected to be added once the general ticket sale commences at 8am tomorrow in Ireland and 9am in the UK.

Tickets for the Croke Park gigs will start at €86.50, excluding booking fee. However, promoters are yet to confirm what the full price range will be for tickets. It is also unclear how many tickets will be available after the presale.

The band had to reassure fans earlier this week that confirmation emails would be sent to those who had entered the ballot after they claimed to receive an "unprecedented volume" of interest.

To enter the ballot, fans had to say who the band's original drummer was and were offered the options of Chris Sharrock, Alan White and the correct answer, Tony McCarroll, who drummed with the band from their formation until 1995.

Entrants were also asked how many times they had seen the band.

Noel Gallagher and his brother Liam announced on Tuesday that they had put their acrimonious split behind them, confirming the band's long-awaited reunion by saying: "The great wait is over."

Fans have been urging the brothers to regroup since they disbanded 15 years ago, a split prompted by a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris in 2009.

It has not been announced who will be performing with Liam and Noel as part of Oasis.
