This week we are focusing on my favourite kitchen item- the air fryer! I love it and being so honest it has replaced my oven 90% of the time - it just cooks so well, and the finished product is always amazing.
Ingredients
- 4 x pork chops
- 20ml olive oil
- 2 x tsp paprika
- 1 x tsp garlic powder
- 1 x tsp smoked paprika powder
- Drizzle of honey
Sauce:
- 3 x spring onions
- 2 x cloves garlic minced
- 20 x button mushrooms
- 1 x apple diced
- Juice of one lemon
- 100ml chicken stock
- 50g light crème fraiche
- 1 x tbsp chopped chives (optional)
- Tender stem broccoli to serve
Method
- Mix all your ingredients in a bowl and make sure all the meat is coated.
- Leave to marinade for a stronger taste for up to 24 hours in the fridge in a bowl.
- You can cook straight away also with no need to marinade.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
- For 10-12 minutes pending on the thickness.
