Leinster will have Garry Ringrose and Jimmy O'Brien available for selection for Saturday’s Investec Champions Cup semi-final against Northampton, but Hugo Keenan is still being assessed for a hip injury.

Centre Ringrose has been out of action with a shoulder injury since Ireland’s final game of the Six Nations six weeks ago, while utility back O’Brien has not played since suffering a neck injury in January.

Both Ireland backs were given the all-clear to resume full training this week.

However, Ireland full-back Keenan, who was named to start but pulled out on the morning of their quarter-final win over La Rochelle three weeks ago, is a doubt.

"Hugo Keenan has stepped up his training programme and will be further assessed this week for a hip injury before a final decision is made on availability," said the province.

There were no further updates on James Ryan (arm), Tommy O’Brien (hamstring) and Alex Soroka (foot).
