Ingredients
- 110 g butter
- 75g brown sugar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 270g oats
- Zest of 2 oranges
Method
- Preheat your oven to 190 degrees
- Rub some oil or butter into a shallow tray or tin
- Melt the butter , honey and sugar in a pot and combine your oats & zest. Pour onto the tray nice and even and flat and bake for 18 minutes.
- Cool and slice up and keep in an airtight container. I always keep mine in the fridge because it makes them nice and chewy but this is preference!
